Altum RF is a fabless semiconductor component supplier. Our mission is to provide high-performance RF to mmWave solutions for targeted industrial/professional markets with excellent technical, sales, and customer service.

Altum RF headquarters are in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, with general management, sales, operation and R&D functions. In Sydney, Australia, there is a R&D team. And in Dallas, US, there is a application and sales support office.

Altum RF is ISO9001:2015 certified.

Altum RF’s world-class RF and microwave MMIC design team has a successful track record designing, modeling, and packaging a diverse product portfolio of custom and catalog designs. Our seasoned management team maintains long-standing relationships with a top-tier operations supply chain for fab, packaging and testing, offering a high-value and performance combination. With our first circuit design patent already in process, we are agile and able to move quickly to develop innovative, high-quality products, with an emphasis on excellent technical, sales, and customer service support.

Our Capabilities
Using proven technologies such as leading-edge GaAs and GaN, Altum RF specializes in design, modeling and packaging of microwave and millimeter-wave IC design from DC to 150 GHz. Our experienced design team uses advanced transistor modeling, 2D and 3D EM simulation, and stability analysis to achieve superior performance of our designs. Paramount to our company, we emphasize a design-for-manufacture approach with full production test capabilities to ensure highly reliable and ESD-safe products. We have pioneered the use of plastic over-mold lead-frame packages at frequencies up to 44 GHz and offer a variety of package options based on the best technology for each application.
