ARÊTES is delighted to welcome Mr. Jeroen Van Der Veer, who is coming to speak at Tilburg University about global leadership in the fast-changing and increasingly complex world. Anita Athary will be participating in a discussion with Jeroen van der Veer, former CEO of Shell and Chairman of the supervisory board at ING and Philips.
The event, hosted by Ronald de Jong, Chair of Global Sustainable Leadership and Founder & Chairman of Philips Foundation, will cover a range of topics related to leadership on a global scale, featuring individuals of diverse and valuable experience.
How to tackle complex stakeholder management, how do you motivate your staff, how do you select new leaders, how do you build a successful strategy, what do you pay attention to when you want to implement changes, and how do you deal with the media, NGOs and politicians?
During the event, Van Der Veer will discuss his insights on a range of topics and illustrate his points with examples from his extensive career.
